Hip
Jazz
An odd blend of jazz, hip hop, and rock, and a great example of all of
our influences, from Nuno Bettencourt to Steve Vai to John Scofield. This
song is all over the place sonically, with clean, distorted, and pitch
shifted lead guitar sounds, upright acoustic bass and electric slapped
bass, and a mix of electronic and acoustic drums.
Shenoli
Keit
The anti-Tracey song. She hates this one for some reason. One of the heavier
songs we've done, it features a Malmsteen-style melody, some insane Belew-esque
leads, and an orchestral-style bridge with a fairly complex time signature
change-up at the end. Some may say it's unlistenable in places, to which
we respond, "You're just not listening hard enough, stupid."
Wavelength
Recorded for "The Adrian Belew Tribute Album". Originally written
and performed by The Bears, an amazing band featuring Adrian Belew and
Rob Fetters on vocals. It was pointless to even consider doing a version
with vocals, since it would never come close to Belew's, so it was turned
into an instrumental. The chord progression was slightly reharmonized,
and an improvised guitar solo was added. An absolutely beautiful song,
with or without vocals.

How
The Story Goes
Written and Performed by Marcel Tirado. This is the first song we produced
for Marcel, and it is one of his best. An excellent song by any measure,
it also features "37.5: The Sound", which will soon be more
sought after than Phil Spector's "Wall of Sound".
Valor
Another song by Marcel, yet much heavier than the others. It's got some
good "Vs" Era Pearl Jam-esque drums, and a ton of highly distorted
guitars.
Raleigh
A nice acoustic tune by Marcel. A stripped down production with no drums
or electric guitars, it also features background vocals and shaker by
Graham.
Lindy
A spectacular song by a spectacular artist, The Scarecrow. Featuring guitar, bass, and drums by Graham.
